Old School: racconto fotografico di vita rurale nelle Alpi Giulie

Old School è un racconto fotografico sulla vita quotidiana di Maria e Bepi Plessin, che da oltre cinquant’anni vivono e lavorano a Poscolle, tra i confini montani di Italia, Austria e Slovenia.
Questo progetto nasce dall’incontro con una dimensione di vita essenziale, fatta di lavoro, resistenza e legame profondo con il territorio, dove il tempo segue ritmi lenti e concreti.

Maria and Bepi Plessin have been living together for over fifty years. They work and live in Poscolle, an isolated but beautiful place located between the mountain borders of Italy, Austria and Slovenia. It is a hard life, but sometimes the sacrifices turn into joy.  Maria cannot bend her back anymore but still gets up at dawn to work on the farm, while Bepi continues vigorously to deal with his tasks. Their daughter reaches them once a day with her children to collect the goods to sell downvalley.
